I've just started experimenting with HuMo-gen on a virtual ubuntu server linux machine and when I try to import my GEDCOM file I get no errors but it fails. The GEDCOM file was downloaded from Ancestry.com and is about 22.3 MB. I've read the manual where it discusses import issues and am not having any success. Please advise what the issue could be and how to resolve it.

Welcome at the forum!

Some tips to solve this problem:
- Check if there are error lines in the log file of the server.
- This could be a time out error. Expand processing time in php.ini file (max_execution_time).
- Also check memory limit in php.ini: memory_limit.
- First do some checks using a smaller GEDCOM file.
